✪ About Warranty
What is the Ausom's Warranty?

All AUSOM scooters come with up to 2 years of warranty coverage:

12 months for most components

24 months for the scooter frame

Your warranty is automatically activated on the date of delivery—no registration required.

If you experience any issues related to build quality or mechanical components during the warranty period, please [email protected] start a claim. Our team will help diagnose the issue and provide the best solution. If the problem is due to a defective part, we’ll send a replacement along with a step-by-step installation guide.

Can I still file a warranty application after the warranty period has expired?

Warranty claims must be submitted within the active warranty period. Unfortunately, any defects reported after the coverage has expired are not eligible for warranty service.

That said, customers outside the warranty window can still purchase replacement parts for repairs. If you’re unsure which part you need, our support team is happy to help—just reach out to [email protected].

Can the warranty be transferred if I buy a second-hand AUSOM scooter?

Yes—AUSOM warranties can be transferred to second-hand owners, as long as the following conditions are met:

The original order was placed through an official AUSOM sales channel and is eligible for warranty.

The order is fully paid, with no unresolved payment issues (e.g., chargebacks or cancellations).

The original buyer sends a confirmation email from the email address linked to the order, clearly stating their consent to transfer the warranty to you.

Once we receive and verify the confirmation, we’ll update the warranty records to reflect the new owner.

Where are you ship from?

We ship the e-scooters directly from our local warehouses in the U.S. or Europe, depending on your delivery address. This helps ensure faster delivery times and smoother logistics for our customers.

How long does shipping take?

If the item is in stock, your order will ship within 2 business days after payment is completed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

For out-of-stock items, we display the estimated shipping date clearly on the product page. Once the item becomes available, it will ship promptly—and just like in-stock orders, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

I didn’t receive any information after completing my payment. What should I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, first check your email inbox and spam/junk folder—sometimes messages can be filtered by mistake.

Which areas in the U.S. do you ship to?

We currently only deliver to addresses within the Continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Islands, Military Areas.

What shipping company do you use?

For electric scooters, we typically ship with FedEx or UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Smaller accessories may be sent via USPS, DHL, or other carriers depending on availability and your location.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed. When your item ships, we’ll send you a shipping notification with your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
