Bought a scooter for me and one for my son, really fast shipping order Sunday and I had them deliver Saturday morning. The quality of the product is too tier heavy duty and properly built. Power is ausome 😁 the dual motor in the sr1 is amazing, eco mode to just be cruising is relaxing and enjoyable 🤙 i will definitely recommend buying this product. Got and sr1 for myself being 300lbs and going uphill the dual motor is a must 👌🏼. I got my son the L1, great scooter for being his first ever it feels fast but fun to drive around and do quick store runs 🙏🏽

Overall, a great scooter. After my first 150 miles of on and off-road riding, I've never been lacking in power. The acceleration and breaking are exceptional, but there's a few things that could have been done better. 1. Battery Indicator: it changes constantly based on power usage. It would be much more helpful if it just consistently gave the amount of battery remaining, instead of adjusting it based on usage, as I switch between single and dual motor often 2. Headlights: the headlights are way too low, and are not good enough for uneven roads or off-road. 3. Handlebars: a way to lock them in place would be great, as they tend to move / get dislodged when off-roading or during falls. 4. Horn: needs to be much louder 5. Screen: scratches very easily 6. A way to install a steering damper would be awesome.

Amazing scooter. I just got this. I wasnt expecting this thing to move like that. The value thay you get from AUSOM is unmatched because we all know any other scooter with this speed and range is probably close to double the price. Im most likely never getting another brand of scooter anytime soon for that reason. That being said I do have some drawbacks to bring up. I dont like the finger throttle at all. With a thumb throttle I have way more control. I would like to see an app to connect and regen braking possibly added for future models. The 10 seconds of idle and switching park mode = no good. That's a terrible idea for any scooter. Also it would be cool if you could change the color of the ambient lighting. If all this was in place this scooter would get 5 starts from me. At the end of the day, extremely fun scooter and I'd buy more

Turning is sensitve and speed wobbles at 35+ mph. 55 miles of range is hard to get and can only get about 30 miles when going 25 mph. Accelaration is good and so is suspension.

Overall the scooter is great fun and I can see getting some extensive mixed-terrain transport use from it. It is a beast! My only disappointment is the initial throttle response lag. I pull the throttle, nothing happens, I look down to see what is wrong, continuing to feather the throttle, and the scooter eventually and unpredictably lurches forward. I know I will eventually learn or get used to that but starting out in a traffic situation, where predictable acceleration = safety, it is a challenge.

  • Yes. The Ausom SR1 features USB-A and USB-C outputs for easy charging of mobile phones and other devices.
  • The information shown on the dashboard includes speed, speed mode, distance, battery level, light indicator, turn signal, etc.

The maximum recommended payload is 287 lbs (130 kg) for optimal performance. People weighing over 287 lbs (130 kg) are not suggested.

The SR1 comes equipped with two charging ports. With two 2A chargers, a full charge takes around 5 hours. Using just one 2A charger, it’ll take about 10 hours. Please note that the package includes one charger by default, but you can easily purchase an additional one from our online store to speed things up.

  • Park mode is a feature of the SR1 scooter that activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity to prevent accidental starts. In Park mode, the scooter cannot be started even if the throttle is pressed. To exit Park mode, simply press the Plus button.
  • Yes. The Ausom SR1 e-scooter is equipped with rear brake lights for safer braking and turn signals for easier and safer turning.

For DT1/DT1 Pro/SR1

When the display is turned on, long press the Plus and Minus buttons to enter or exit the hidden menu. Short press the power switch to switch parameter, press the Plus or Minus button to increase or decrease the value.

P02: Switching between km and mile. 0 means km and 1 means mile. (Default: 0 or 1)

P04: Setting the sleep time between 0-60 minutes. 0 means it never sleeps. (Default: 5 minutes)

P09: Switching between zero and non-zero start, 0 means zero start, and 1 means non-zero start. (Default: 1)

P11: Setting the EABS brake force level, ranging from 1 to 5. 0 means off, 1 means the weakest and 5 means the strongest.

P12: Setting the soft and hard start strength, ranging from 1 to 5. 1 means the softest and 5 means the hardest. (Default: 5)

P16: Remove the ODO data. Keep pressing the Plus button for 5 seconds and the ODO data will be cleared.

P17: Cruise control: 0 means the cruise mode is off, and 1 means the cruise mode is on. (Default: 0)

P18: Binding and unbinding the NFC card. Long press the Plus button to bind, and long press the Minus button to unbind.

P19: Adjusting the backlight brightness. Level 1 is the darkest and level 3 is the brightest. (Default: level 3)

P20: Communication protocol. It cannot be changed. (Default: 4)
