E-scooter Orders: All orders containing an E-scooter will ship free of charge.
Parts and Accessories: Free shipping for Parts and Accessories on orders exceeding $49.
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that these delivery times are estimated and can vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only deliver to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Islands, Military Areas) and EU Countries (Denmark, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Germany, France, Slovenia, Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Finland, Portugal, Spain) .
Please note that some models are currently only available for shipment to specific regions due to logistics and distribution constraints. During checkout, eligible shipping options will be displayed based on the model and your delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you via email. We can either reship the package to a corrected address provided by you (additional shipping charges may apply), or process a refund for the order's value minus the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing order details and any relevant photos. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in resolving the issue.
About Tax:
We take care of duty fees with our standard shipping, unless the shipping rate specifies otherwise, so you can look forward to a seamless scooter delivery to your home.
Your order total will include any applicable sales tax. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
