Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 441 reviews.
It's super comfortable and fun to travel in it, I really love it.
Super nice scooter. I love it. A lot better than I expected for this price. Quality is very nice.
Battery lasts me like a week for basic riding around my neighborhood.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I did a ton of research on YouTube before landing on the DT2 Pro. It is by far best bang for your buck you will find. I am 42 years old, 5’11” about 180lbs and this thing zips me around Effortlessly. I’ve found my sweet spot in dual motor mode, and Sport, leaving plenty of headroom to grow.
She is a bit heavy if you have stairs to climb so keep that in mind.
Im 150lb and my mom is 130lb the motors are strong even in eco mode and the lights are super bright it’s good for the safety when riding at night. when the package arrived It has everything I was expecting inside the box. I hope they add anti theft to all models and improve ip rates for wet road
It’s a really impressive scooter, first thing when I opened the box was the size that shocked me. Really big and sturdy! After driving for a week the stem is having some problems but I think I can fix it and also the front LED light is glitching. Very good scooter would buy again tho
I simply loved it the acceleration is amazing faster than any scooter this price the build is like a sports car excellent Handeling range will go about 32-70 depending on your throttle good luck and have fun! This is it!
Love the scooter it is everything they say it is, the only thing they didnt mention was how much fun you will have on this beast! Can't wait to get the wife one!
I am honestly loving this new ride! I had looked at various options online, but there were a couple of requirements that I felt I needed.
1. At least 30 miles/hour
2. Foldable to fit in various storage areas
3. Solid battery life
The Ausom DT2 pro has exceeded my expectations with all 3 of those requests.
It ACTUALLY gets up to 40 mph in the race mode which also has surprisingly long battery life on that setting.
If you feel like you need more battery life and have a bit more time, you can easily drop it down to sport (max 30mph) or eco max (20 mph) mode to preserve your ride at a click of a button mid ride if you wanted/needed.
The integrity of this product is also pristine. Solid metal for the majority of the frame and durable plastic in other areas.
The suspension is fantastic and manages any bumps along the way even at higher speeds.
I do also love that I can fold it down with an hook that latches near the rear wheel (this design could use a bit of an improvement with a possible latch to hold the hook in place). It does fit it in the back seat of a sedan if needed. It is a bit of a unit so any vehicle smaller than a sedan might be a struggle. It also is pretty heavy because of the durability, but in my opinion durability of the product takes priority and also give you a bit of a workout if you’re needing to move it;)
Overall I would give it a solid 9.5/10
Besides the other of suggestions I had stated before, the only other thing I can think of that I would fix is that there is occasionally an issue that when I turn on the scooter and begin to ride in race mode with the duel motor activated, it maxes out at 20 mph and requires me to stop to turn it off and back on and the majority of the time that fixes it. Not a big issue, but figured I would mention it.
Genuinely a great way to get around!
Originally I am a motorcycle rider, but I was looking for something more safer but also gave me the same real as writing a motorcycle, and I discovered electric scooter. During my search on finding the best one I came across your company, I can't say exactly what drew me in, but they were just a feeling that your scooters were the way to go for me. So I followed that intuition made the purchase and it has been the best experience of my life. And as much as I hate to say it, I've had more fun on it than on a motorcycle. I would definitely recommend your company to friends, family, and strangers. The thing I like the most is the stability and the feeling of security. I feel that your DT2 Pro (the one I bought) is a luxury sedan of electric scooters! Lastly, as a content creator, I feel that you've given me a whole new way to create content, I will definitely be including your scooters.
This is my first scooter after looking at all the other brands. I felt like this one checked all my boxes. It’ll go up to 40 miles an hour and I’m 223 pounds. It’s got plenty of power for going up some hills that I live around in the charge last a long time. I go to a gym that is 1.6 miles away and when it’s nice weather, I put on my backpack and I go there instead of driving my car. The owner of the gym lets me restore my scooter inside and it’s great after a workout to ride home.
Scooter is very nice! I’m a bigger guy (225) pounds and it has a lot of power. It’s a bit heavy to carry around easily but I make it work. It it great for commuting. Easy to use and understand. Goes fast. Had a lot of power for uphills and so far has been great for me! Sometimes it feels like it can go too fast. For sure be careful when riding! But really no complaints. Have loved it so far.
This scooter is an absolute beast
The riding quality is A1
This thing can pretty much take you anywhere you want in the city the battery is insane on it
The torque is crazy on take off
It balances very well under high speed and handles bad road conditions like nothing with those suspensions and the zoom brakes are soo awesome
The best scooter purchase you can make. this thing GOES and is also very sturdy. I love the dual motor capability as well as the variable speed selector.
Out of the box, I did have to adjust the placement of the rear brake pad because it was rubbing on the plate continuously- but nothing an allen wrench couldn't solve. Even with that, 5/5, fantastic product.
I’ve been absolutely loving my Ausom DT2 Pro so far. It’s lived up to the hype and has exceeded my expectations. The acceleration is smooth but powerful, the ride is comfortable, and it feels solid and well-built. Whether I’m cruising around my neighborhood or taking longer rides, it’s been a blast every time. The suspension seems solid and the range has been great for my needs. For a scooter that has the ability to hit 40mph, the brakes work surprising well. I’ve only owned it a couple weeks and have a few miles on it, but it’s definitely a scooter I’d recommend to anyone looking for a fun, fast, and well built ride. 🤙🏼
Arrived with great packaging. Perfect speed and handling for commuting around town and some light off-roading😎 Would recommend more lighting to be more visible at night though! But love this thing so far with 100 miles in!
This thing is amazing! It is so fast! Even in eco mode, single motor it’s faster and more zippy than smaller scooters at full power settings. In race mode dual motor this thing accelerates me, a 220 pound man, straight up steep hills and pulls me all the way up, at top speed. It advertises a top speed of 42mph, but, as a 220 pounder, it’ll “only” take me 37 mph. I’m not disappointed, at all. 37 is more than fast enough on a scooter. The range is pretty great. I get at least 28-30 miles before I have to lug it inside to charge. It is heavy. I have to carry the 78 pounds of scooter up a flight of stairs to charge but it’s worth it. It’s totally worth it. For the money, there is no scooter in the market that can compare with the DT2 pro for the range and speed combination.
I’ve been using the scooter since March 9 and only put 790 miles on the scooter It is working extremely good I’ve never had any problems or inconveniences. The scooter is great for the price. I’ve never been more impressed by a electric vehicle.
Happy birthday boy!
Great range, power, smooth operation…
Really nice, high-end machine.
Only problem = ordered a second charger at the same time as the scooter, never showed up.
Charging takes a bit. You need 2 chargers..
really kinda unhappy about that =\
This is a great scooter for those in the mountains wanting to commute or just love steep off road trails to explore. Super easy to handle and relatively safe for new and intermediate e scooter riders. An expert rider might not enjoy this as much as others. While over all excellent it has a couple issues. The throttle can easily be mistaken for a break. The break are super tight when new and can cause you to wreck if you hard break anything over 25mph with both breaks. With a single break you will do a wheelie on it and possibly flip. The horn on it isn't the greatest and previous versions of the ausom scooter have had a much louder one so an after market horn when on the road is recommended. Single and dual chargers are excellent and charge very well. Race mode will drain your battery after about 25 to 30 miles back to zero to speed. The E-ABS takes some getting used to at the default setting but only surprises you the first time and ultimately is good for safety over all. No issues using any of the nfc cards, 2 triangle shaped ones and 1 with a lanyard. The only full negative is the folding lock system. It easily comes detached from the scooter and therefore not the greatest compared to other leopard and gallop scooters that I own. Nothing is perfect but a solid 4 stars. Would be 5 if not for the signal button turning on while hitting bumps and the pretty useless horn
This isn't your average scooter, this thing is an absolute machine. It gets up and goes quick, and when it's time to stop it's got that in spades too. Parts are available and easily interchangeable through the store should anything go wrong in the future.. this has been the best purchase I've made to have some summer fun in some time. There's nothing like it. Get yourself one of these things and a good helmet, you won't regret jt!
