How do I enter the passcode?

Turn on the display first. Press the Plus or Minus buttons to select the number for the current digit and press the On/off button to move to the next digit. The display will be unlocked after all the correct digits have been entered.

Can I charge my phone using the USB output?

Yes. The Ausom L2 Max features USB-A and USB-C outputs for easy charging of mobile phones and other devices.

Is your folding lock secure?

Yes, definitely. Our folding mechanism utilizes dual folding locks to ensure firm folding and unfolding and avoid accidental folding while riding.

Does it have brake lights?

Yes. The Ausom L2 Max e-scooter is equipped with rear brake lights for safer braking and turn signals for easier and safer turning.

How long will it take fully charged?

The L2 Max features 2 charging ports. It takes approximately 7 hours to fully charge using two 1.5A chargers and 14 hours using one 1.5A charger. Please note that only one charger is included in the package. You can purchase an extra one from Ausom’s official website or from authorized distributors.

What is Park mode?

Park mode is designed to prevent accidental starts, which activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. In Park mode, the scooter cannot be started even if the throttle is pressed. To exit Park mode, simply press the Plus button.
